1. schedule a free consultation with us at your convenience using the scheduling tool below or by calling us. all consultations are done by our founder who knows each member of our birth doula team.

2. during our phone consultation, we talk about what led you here, how you envision your birth, and what you are looking for in a doula. we will share our philosophy and answer all of your questions.

3. we match you with a pair of doulas (that’s right, you get two!) after careful consideration of your story and our doulas’ specialties. if you’d like to interview a few of our doulas first, we can certainly set that up.

4. you meet your doula team! the three of you begin the prenatal preparation we are so proud to offer.

5. you work with your doulas to prepare for labor throughout your pregnancy. each doula runs her sessions a bit differently, but we are all available at your convenience and take pride in answering questions via text, email, and phone within 24 hours throughout your pregnancy.

6. when labor begins, you decide when your doula joins you, and when labor ends, you decide when she leaves.*

7. you and your doulas have a final session during your postpartum period to review your birth and check-in on your and baby’s wellbeing.

*if covid-19 restricts us from being physically present at your birth, or if you simply prefer your doula not be at your birth, we add to our prenatal curriculum to arm your birth partner with doula skills. some of our doulas also offer constant virtual support throughout your labor, which is something you can state as a priority in your consultation to be matched.
